I enjoyed the humor in this story. It was very entertaining, using all the required words. I could easily picture in my mind sleep being interrupted and all that ensued in reacting while still sleeping.
Loved the entire paragraph about light being a blessing (or not).
An exceptional ending.

Excellent. I love the flow and pace of this. And the feeling and actions are ones that I mimic now that I'm retired. LOL! The last line is absolute genius. Hugh
