I was curious to see what 'modern' usage could be derived from 'air benders' as I hear my grandchildren use it. But you truly harken back to the old day meaning.

For starters - Gross! Loathsome! and Abominable! Furthermore, apparently, you created your own obscure word, which, if you did, you seem to have overlooked the prompt's insistence on employing a word that "truly exists." It would appear that "airbenders" does not.

Airbender, originated from ancient Chinese martial arts, been Titled in at least two movies, I took this as OK, but your point is well realized, many thanks for awarding stars for the enjoyment of effort

I can recall a picture is worth a million words. I like how the words create a fart. O, so funny and the smell of it all is again funny with the artwork that complements the title. I like the poetry. A poetry that is clean and obscure. A poem worth a contest vote.

It's certainly true that when someone farts it always causes a reaction from others! I don't fart though, I'm a lady LOL
I found your poem entertaining, but noticed that there's only 8 syllables in your 2nd line... you may want to add a syllable before the deadline.
