This is a neat entry for the contest. It's one of the more unusual responses I've read for the remit. I think that's to it's advantage :)

Here are a few points you might like to consider:

As I looked down its crystal floor, the buildings far below were very small. -- This confused me. Do you mean As I looked down through its crystal floor, the buildings far below were very small.

Also, as an aside, I assumed the first-person narrator is actually in a car. But this isn't established before this sentence. I think that's partly why I was confused by it. So, if this was mine, I'd further reword it to: As I looked down through the car's crystal floor, the buildings far below were very small.

No more with you drive this imported model, -- This confused me. Do you mean No more will you drive this imported model, ?

I'm just a dog that knows how to read. -- Ha, ha. I like the twist ending :)

Good luck with the competition :)

Hello and good afternoon. That was a very interesting story. I think it was highly inventive and imaginative, good job. Good luck in the contest. So in the future Sharpie will make the vehicles? How much is that model going for?

Dear Mystery Writer,

This was TOTALLY out of the box. hahaha A car of the future that floats/flies (at 300/mpm no less!) with a glass bottom (cool idea) -- though I didn't understand the part about the person on the windshield the driver was talking to.

An interesting entry. Good luck!

Thank you Robyn. Glad you got a laugh out of this. With the car doing the driving he/she was not paying attention while talking to a friend on the video screen. :)

Love the imagination in this. Did a nice job of drawing the reader in and holding their attention. You are just a dog that knows how to read! Well written
