I LOVE the opening stanza as it sets the mood for the entire piece beautifully. This is really well penned, Ricky. Nicely done and thank you very much for sharing it.

this is a rewrite from a previously posted home I change the sentencing so it wouldn't be to the point where you've already posted this and then I added work from two other previous poems to deepen it strengthened it and of course as I was reading it I had it again that's why it was so long.

Well, this is a very sad poem and I hope you are in a better place now. It's a horrible thing to lose a child and I cannot imagine the pain, then to lose your wife. It's almost unbearable, but the Lord reunites us all again and there's a reason for such a test, although we don't know why when it happens. God bless!!

Your write shows us what can take place when you said
"If you or anybody you may know are contemplating trying to commit suicide?"
"Please call 9-11 which Stan and I knew a member of our family was calling for help.
