Loved this! Yes, you're right when life comes at us at full speed we can get lost in all the things that demand our attention but if we put our focus on the ones we that give meaning to our lives, like God and family, priorities fall into place. Great message in your poem.

A nice reminder of replacing pain with happy thoughts. It is different at my house. Had my wife written the poem, the last line would have been:
Because I REMEMBERED that it was all your fault anyway!

LOL Thank You!

I found this poem very sweet and calm. After a hard day's work, exhausted and emotionally fried, then to think of the person who you love and that making all the difference in the world. Sweet!

It was a thoroughly unpleasant day, interrupted by thoughts of your beloved, when, amazingly, the world became peaches and cream. If you can experience that at will, life will be forever beautiful. (You'd better take good care of him!.)

Every now and then we have these moments of clarity - just when we need it. And it revives us enough to continue forging ahead. Physical or mental, exhaustion is exhaustion. And we just need to stop and let the calmness return. Love would be the most soothing balm.

Too busy and dizzy and then collapsing on the floor, then the saving Aha moment - rescued by love's memory that brings calm into your stressful day. Loving someone is like a lifeline to tranquility.

This is a positive work showing how our loved ones can help us when we feel down just by having peaceful thoughts about them. This reveals a strong and caring relationship.

This well-written, concise poem vividly conveys a powerful theme. When life gets hectic, thinking of a supportive loved one can lift one's spirits
and bring peace.
