Thank you Cherry and that's what Sabbath Sunday is for and also journaling I'm under a constant repair status and 16 and 1/2 years and truly no medication on this Earth doctor priest family member or friend psychiatrist or therapist or Hospital can achieve in me what time has done thanks for your kind love you and have a blessed Sabbath Sunday Ricky
