Wish I could give a six to this chapter, too. It is also wonderfully written. I'm glad you recommended going back to the beginning rather than jump into the story already underway at this point. :-)

Yvette ... astounding! Who doesn't love a great love story ... and you've got fairies and werewolves. You know, I've got to find time and read more.
Celeste and Gregor ... you have exquisitely described the sexual tension between the two soon-to-be lovers. It was interesting to read about each one overcoming their 'trust' issues.
You have left this reader wanting to know how the two can continue the dance, as Gregor is betrothed to another ('The union of Gregor and Talietha would create the largest kingdom of supernatural beings since the merging of our reality with that of the humans'). A huge dilemma, indeed.
Very best wishes in the contest!!

Oh, I'm so very glad you enjoyed Celeste and Gregor's beginning here, Gale... I do love to dabble in romance when it comes to my fantasy characters! :) So, I hope we've got you hooked now...this one will only be a once-a-month and easy to keep up with -- seems the author has a school year starting up again next week...LOL! ;) :) Thank you for such an encouraging review, ma'am, and be sure to have an awesome week! ;) Yvette

I missed part two of this. A werewolf in love, never. He has a home delivery meal plan and she is the main entree. Seductive and thrilling. I think this can be developed into future chapters. Congratulations on your nomination, too.

Sending you my best today as always,
Sal xo

Well it just gets better and better, I have been reading the first installment of this marvellous story so I could read this one with some knowledge, so her desire has lead to the bad seed of the clan, who is marrying another, knowing it's wrong but at this time she does not care as she should, (desire, love, lust) are a lethal combination, I love the descriptions as we go along it clarifies everything at the right time, very well written, now I'm hooked, you better not stop****kahpot

I'm a little lost. So this is a love affair between a wolf named Gregor and a fairy named Celeste? And both of their families are not going to approve the union, I'm guessing? You described the passion/desire very well but the Gregor guy is a bit scary and he keeps calling her a "cadeau" (gift to himself?). Celeste should wake up. :))

Yeah...chapter one from last month was the beginning of this meeting. :) :) And it's really not their choice in the 'supernatural realm' as there are what are called 'fated mates'... ;) :) He's scary cuz he's a werewolf..so, glad that came across.. LOL! ;) ;) Gonna take some time to develop Gregor next month ... :) :) Take care! ;) :) Yvette

Once again you captured some of the things of my interest- fairies, wolves and the moon. You provided great details when writing this. It was enjoyable and had a great reading flow to it. I also liked that you left the ending open so you could continue the adventure. Great job Yvette.

I need to go back and read the other parts which I'll do shortly. Just a couple of small points:

'as his T-shirt pulled across taught muscles underneath his leather jacket.' - should be 'taut'

'The mating warmth I'd felt from his forearm earlier was multiplied, and I would have climbed inside of him had he allowed it' - I would delete 'of'

Cheers
Judy

"embarrassment, but his palm near my cheek held our gazes locked. "It seems you distract me with your...your...well, your everything, I guess." And now my entire visage had to be as red as his T-shirt pulled across taught muscles underneath his leather jacket." Hi, Yvette. This part here is not on my screen. The reason I found it was because I was going to let you know that "embarras" was not right. When I pasted it, all of this showed. I don't know why, but it is a good story and I read your first.
Check it out please. I like to read you. :)

Hello Yvette. Now we have a young lady pursuing a supernatural creature. Is the early dialogue was moving along I was thinking but the tension between the two was building. Then I read he's a werewolf. That was a bit of a surprise. So now I'm wondering is she going to be his girlfriend or just another werewolf?

How do I read chapter one. I don't know how to do anything on here except post and review.

Go to my portfolio...the book 'Obsessive Tendencies' should be near the top... on the book there, there should be a 'button' for 'show chapters' - click on it. That should display all chapters for you....this one only has the first and second chapters so it'll be easy to find the first! ;) :) Take care! ;) ;)
