I think this is such a lovely poetry format when used like you have done. My 'romance-muse' is evoked by reading work like this -- time for a romance story, perhaps...?

I have definitely felt this and know exactly what you mean. Adding the word 'renews' gives the first line a story right away.
The second line is a wonderful, stroking continuation of the story - this is one of not just permanence in love but also sensuality and eroticism. Great poem.

You are so very wonderful! :) And I'm really glad you enjoyed this 'shortie'.... they're always a challenge to actually get a thought/feeling across! ;) ;) Soooo....I'm guessing I succeeded on this one (just not 'kitschy' enough for the contest, I suppose - LOL!). I love the picture that you picked to go along with your poem. It looks fine. I don't see any misspelled words or anything that looks out of place. I always feel weird telling people those kinds of things about their poems but that's what we're supposed to do. Of course in my case there's always something that could be wrong LOL Have a great day!

Yes my granddaughter used to go but now she goes and is one of the crew leaders. I do real important stuff like ummm name tags, packing snacks into baggies for the kids and anything else they find for me to do lol
