Okay. But do you really want a lifetime supply of something that you can't count on getting when you want it? Just kidding. Cute story. It reads very much like a training scenario for a Customer Service Class. Good story. Solid effort. Definitely rings true. Your readers should enjoy this.

I enjoyed your contest entry, Raul. You did a good job with the 'run around' Caffrey experienced trying to get his delivery. The ending was unexpected--free coffee for life. Dealing with the company reminded me of those telemarkters that you cannot get off the phone.

A mistake, a letter and a good fight I like in this flash fiction story brought a total victory. Funny I can say (be careful what you order online, surely you get the delivery). You human nature created a good written flash fiction story for the contest entry and that's a good thing.

Hello Raul. I can sympathize with Caffrey not getting his coffee. The difference is he was eventually rewarded with free coffee for life because of the bad service. I have never been that fortunate. Good luck in the contest. Robert

He brought (sent) letters to the internet site still demanding it.
he wrote back to them it they could bring it back. Rephase? He wrote back and asked if they could send it again.
he Capitalize, please.
