It's so nice to see an expression of gratitude to the Lord for a gift received instead of the normal pleas for help or demands for assistance. Sadly, we humans are generally not good at saying thank you. You've done it here. And I do like your line; God is religion free.

First let me say I would never judge you for your beliefs. Everyone has the right to worship (or not worship) the Creator as they choose. That's what free will's all about.
Second, I love the honesty of this piece. Instead of making tired old standard statements of why you are grateful to God, you are very direct and specific. That makes this acrostic so much better, and the expression of faith so much more real to me.

This is a lovely acrostic and an inspiring prayer to God. We all have so many things to be thankful for and should express our thanks more often. I spent the day at the hospital yesterday with my husband. After seeing all the people in there, we are grateful to come home. We are thankful for all the hospital workers that are available to take care of us.
