Hello ALD, this is a well written acrostic, giving thanks for recovery from an illness that you do not tell us about, but I am happy for you. I found in your author notes 'God is religion free' - very good. Stay well, and live a long life. That is the most we can ask for. Regards Dorothy x

Your poem was beautiful. Yes God is good. Not some of the time, but all of the time. The essence of a happily ever after accompanying the pain of a journey is what I felt from your poem. Thank God for your recovery. I hope the days following the storm are sunny and bliss.

Your poem is one of the better acrostics that I have read for several reasons: One, the poem reads smoothly where most acrostics seem forced. And two; We should thank God continuously.

This poem shows the power of prayer and faith. It tells of a long hospitalization and the cure which you are thankful for. The repetition exentuates the emotion.

It is always a good thing to remember to thank God for every blessing. He could very well choose to not intervene in any of our crisis, but happily he is not like that. He will not only aid you when you ask for it, sometimes he will help you even if you don't think to ask for the help.
