This poem, Loss in the Sauce, takes the reader to the Big Easy for some tastes of the region that are compelling even as I read them. cordon bleu in my rendezvous.

That is some very creative writing that is doused with humor in the midst of the sauce. Sounds like you may have had some good Cajun grubbing on a trip. Happy holiday! Bill

A person has to have been down in the ol' Bayou to even have a
Inkling of understanding this nice little piece. It's Cajun, it's alive, it's a way of live, way of living and way of eating...and perhaps even some sipping ' cause they do

This is a well-written, descriptive poem about all the dishes you might find on the bayou. Your great word choice takes the reader there, lets them see, smell the aromas in their mind. Great job, good luck with your contest.

Not by looks, appearance or presentation, there is a feeling of loss of sauce like a fun on dish; well said, well done. Liked and enjoyed the read. Write-Inspire --DR ALCREATOR
