Oh, how lovely. No matter how fevered our prayer, how much we strive and stumble (great alliteration), without faith, we're pretty much saying empty words. Good luck in the contest.

Deep, philosophical, and poetic. This piece conveys a diversity of emotions. Your choice of words is exquisite and well deserving of a high rating. The implication of what "whispered sighs" at the end really got my attention. Beautiful
