Poignant, a wonderful truth filled walk, with all the elements of the "dark night of the soul" experience many take on the spiral down to the pit...you captured this persons reality in wonderful words. I do hope you share this this person...she deserves a pat and job well done.....one day at time.
I would suggest a correction.... "I promise it won't cause no harm�?�´

You've expressed the battle this person has had very well. I like the internal rhymes too. If you don't mind me saying, I found it hard reading the white print on the yellow background. Perhaps the font could be enlarged a little or different colours chosen to make it easier to read.

Judy, thank you for reading and reviewing this overlong poem. I thought I had changed the colour background to red but being the computer illiterate I am, anything can happen. I often get my twelve year old grandson to polish my presentation before I post, but he wasn't around last night.
