I really like the simplicity of way you expressed your faith. You start with confession of sin and confidence in God to help you grow. In the second stanza, you show how a life of faith is lived with prayer and walking in God's ways. Finally, you have a confidence that He will come at the right time to take you Home. Well done!

This is a lovely sentiment in a nice poem. I especially like the internal rhyme of 'walk' and 'talk,' and it took me by surprise. Of course, the repetition of 'this I know' is very effective, too. Nice work.
