This is a delightful piece with such a valuable life lesson contained. Best to learn early while the grass always looks greener on the other side when we get there we often find mud. Good luck in the voting and thank you very much for sharing it.

This is so true! We think that birds are so free, but they struggle to survive everyday and fight for every mouthful and pray for good weather and hope their offspring survive when many predators prey on the birds, I loved your endearing write, poignant words, love Dolly x
