This is a great poem and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I am still looking for my rhythm and I'm hoping by the time I retire I will find it. Ha!! The picture choice was a great addition. Good luck in the contest!

Good poem under the constraints of the format. So many times these poems just seem like random words to comply with the format. This one felt complete and told a story. Good job!
