This prayer seems to come from the depths of your heart. One can feel the emotion as one reads it. How often in life are we "reduced" to feelings like this, only to be reminded that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness.

I've been told that sometimes God answers our prayers by not answering them. He sometimes answers them the way we would like and He sometimes says "Not this time" I have something better for you. Nicely written.

Very well done, perfect rhyme and meter. I'm out of 6s sorry. A wonderful poem/prayer asking the Lord for strength and His help. He is always there to give it. Rox

It is easy to visualize the Speaker here, praying for strength and hope and answers to his prayers. So often when life bears down on us, we find the ONLY solace in His constancy. Rod
