Hi Kace. Toby is adorable. My doggy, too, is very patient when I'm at the computer for a long time. Eventually, though, she will bump my arm so I can't type anymore. They know us very well, don't they? Where would we be without our wonderful pets.

This poem is a gem. It brought a smile and I'm happy to meet your Toby. Marilyn

Marilyn, Thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed. We would be lost without our funny animals. Love, Kace.

A sweet poem about Toby-dog. He's reminding you that too much sitting isn't good for you, and he's more fun than any old computer. Just ask him.
What would we do without our fur-babies? A lovely tribute to your best friend. :) Nancy

I enjoyed your poem, Aussie. Your picture is super. Is it Toby? Yes, animals are smarter than what people believe. He has you wrapped around his little short legs. Thirteen is getting on up there for dogs. But, he's had great care, so many years are wishes for both you and Toby to enjoy each other's company. Thanks for sharing. I don't see that this is entered in a contest. Jan

Hello Jan, Thanks for enjoying my poem No, it's not Toby's photo. He wouldn't let me take a photo! No it's just for Animal Crackers Club entry. Love, Kace.

Hello there Dorothy, Thanks for reading, glad you were amused! I'm not amused when he starts dancing! Love him to bits and yes, he is old now and slowing down (except for being naughty) Love, Kace.

Hi Aussie This gave me a smile as I can see Toby wanting your attention and sounds like my dog Bonnie ( a Hiskie) who will howl for her attention and wont let up until we 'give in' She knows who is the boss not me LOL Good rhyme and meter. Give him a pat for me Cheers Christine

This poem is well-written and so appealing--like the little dog you have described. Pets have their ways of letting you know it's high time you
give them your attention. I once had a cat that would stop me from reading a book by getting between my face and the book.

Hi Janice, Thanks so much for reading and glad you enjoyed. Cats are so mischievous, mine took to swiping anything she could reach on the table. Blessings, Kace.

Awwww, he's so cute, and so is your poem. It's amusing and has great rhyme.

I laughed when you said you pretend to be cross. He knows you're not. My cat tries to lay on my hands when I'm on the computer. They want all our attention.

Thank you for participating.

He is your toby dog, a computer dog, indeed, he is now lovable, you play some time with him, you like his behaviour, liking and sentiment, you find another computer touch at him; well said, well done. Write to inspire, change -- DR ALCREATOR
