I haven't heard of these birds before, but you're right. They sure do sound just like some of our politicians. Wow. LOL It's a great poem. Loved it.
You sure did make me smile.

Remember Sly and the Family Stone?
All that's missing is the boom! In front of Cha-cha-laca.
I see a solidly rhymed contest entry.
Best wishes with this humorous poem.

Hello :) I enjoyed your poem.
I never heard of this bird before, so found it interesting to learn about the noise they make and their eating habits!
Just out of interest, what does "sup" refer to?
Good luck in the voting booth.
Best wishes, Debra :)

You've written an excellent poem and entry for the contest
with very good rhymes in the couplets.
The cha-cha-laca is much like the political yada-yada-yada
both need a mute button to shut them up.
Well done
Good luck in the contest
Robert

The humorous and educational message was highly appealing. It's rare to run into a piece that exhibits a thoughtful and engaging use facts that allow the reader to learn a new fact. Very creative in expression and well accepted for all ages. Well done
