Listen... POTUS says, 'let's burn coal... it's good for the economy,' 'climate change is just bullshit, it doesn't really exist' and other such fun things like that, and then he acts on them! Send him a copy, John!!!

I do believe that silence is going to last for some time yet, before there is an explosion of change.
It may of course not come in quite the way some people expect.
The poem is wistful, alluring and well written.
So much said in so few words!

Hello!
Perceptive commentary.
Yes. Man's head is often stuck far "in the sand" - especially if he/she feels that what is transpiring doesn't impact his/her life "in the face." Rather a selfish, breed we are...yes? And totally myopic when in comes to taking care of our environment and understanding climate change.
