Such a wonderful poem, Alicia. Friends are so important in life.I have two friends for life and we help each other when we are in need.
Indeed, we support each other.We are friends for more than 40 years.
Friends are as family, chosen by yourself.. Great write Alicia,, love it!!!

A very well-written modern English sonnet with 8 syllables about friendships that are precious when we have friends that are true and honest with each other without talking behind our backs is a rarity today, when we do friends like that we hold on to them for dear life.

I loved the sentiments of friendships here Alicia, sonnets are usually written in iambic pentameter and this is missing from your poem, but I loved the warmth in your words, love Dolly x
