This is an excellent & cute five seven five. Being a man, I hate to use the word cute, but there it is. When dad sees that pulsating shadow, it's time to make a fool of himself. Very good post.

well sir - first off, congratulations! May you have many happy years with your new grandchild! and the first one also!
I love the second and third lines, but am not quite sure about the meaning of the first one. Does heavenly body mean God? Or is the child a blessed soul? or blessed event? OR... mother nature in action? anyway, it is a sweet poem.

Heavenly body: of the heavens; like a star, planet or passing comet. Maybe metaphor for the baby itself or the mother. ;)

Science does have some advantages.
