This is just a gorgeous poem about Spring with beautiful questions posed! I love the phrase False apology. Personally, mourning doves have always made me feel sad when they cry, so it really fits. Also, the painting you chose it exquisite!

This was a good read. I really liked the imagery you used in it. I think it depends on where you are as to what spring sounds like. Evidently, it does whisper where you are; where I am it's been pretty much raising its voice and coming in. Good job.
