Again you captured my attention from the start.
Another mummy poem to read and I'm going to had a can of soup, this has not been a big eating day for me
I enjoy your poem as always

Hi Cookie :) Thank you for reading and reviewing this poem. I appreciate it - I know it will only be worth 2 cents now, so thank you again! Best wishes, Debra x

It doesn't matter what it is worth to me it's a lovely creation beside i thought this was about expressing ourselves to each other sharing, learning and helping each other to grow. not to only read when the amount is high.. It least that how it was years ago.

It is definitely how it should be, but I know that I will only get a couple of reviews if I don?t promote....most people won?t bother to review if there?s no reward...sad really! X

It's a shame t's the name of the game, that is why I don't get a big hit from people I don't know because they don't get money so I'm going to try my best to play the way they do and don't get up set

Ummm! It sounds like you had a wonderful day and topped it off with curry. Image and poem are a great combination. Hurray for Shaun coming through so you didn't have to cook dinner. Marilyn

What a lovely day and of course your husband sounds like a prince for taking care of dinner. I walked with my husband yesterday in a shaded park and it was lovely. He, too, prepared dinner last night. What is to become of us? I enjoyed your story via a rhyming Whitney.
All my best to you and yours,
Sal xo

Nothing like a curry to bridge that stomach gap, although the gastronomical aftermath the following day can be leave you more tender than the meat they serve! More importantly did you get a wardrobe and did it fit?! A great whitney, that makes me wanna go to my local and have Bhuna or Sagwala with a naan... but from looking at the fridge it is gonna be chicken and veg :_(

Hi Dale :) I think we've more or less settled on the wardrobes, but someone keeps umming and ahing...tut!
    Thanks for the feedback.
    Best wishes, Debra :)

We leave for France in just over a week so are busy clearing out the freezer and fridge as we want to turn it off before we leave. We'll be gone six weeks and leaving the house empty so we thought we might as well turn the fridge off while we're away.

Fine flow and rhyming. The picture works great because that's just how it looks when curry is served, and waiters come around to refill the little cups with whichever item you want more of. So it fits well with the theme of being served and not having to cook. Cute rhymes.

One optional suggestion:

Special treat,(:)
I'm off the hook -

Love,
rd

That Shaun! He's a keeper! What a lovely poem for your collection to showcase a regular-special day! I love the perfect simplicity of your works, Debra. They're all wholesome and just plain delightful. I'm glad you had a later sleep in the morning and no cooking in the evening..and most of all, how much you appreciated it. You are such a sweetie. xo

This is a very nice rhymed Whitney poem you have penned. It seemed like you have a really wonderful and happy day. Great descriptive words and lovely imagery from the art work you used. Blessings, Teri

I love curry, but it's not as easy to find here as it's in England. We have Indian restaurants, just not as many.
Another lovely Whitney. Only three to go!
Thanks for keeping us entertained.

Hi Maria :) We are luck to have such a great Indian restaurant close by - and it's a bonus that they do a takeaway service too! Shaun proposed to me at the Aagrah many years ago - it's my favourite place to eat :D
    Best wishes, Debra :)
reply by Heather Knight on 28-Apr-2019
Aww! You know proposing is not a thing here in Spain? Shame.

It's nice to have a take away after a lovely day out. It does finish the day off nicely and it sounds as if you had a wonderful day walking with your husband. Well done, Debra, another lovely poem. :) Sandra xx

Thank you, Sandra :) It's not often we have a takeaway, so it's a real treat when we do! The best part... there's some left over to reheat for later today! Best wishes, Debra :) x
