Although Marconi first used radio and was granted a patent on it, I don't think BBC broadcasts started until 1922 in the UK, Sandra, you might have to check this. But irrespective, an excellent episode in which Amelia endeavours to put Charles on the ropes, but behaving like a real megalomaniac he doesn't seemed moved, of course if he accuses Amelia, perhaps the people can witness supernatural behaviour. I wonder how Mildred and Tommy will go, seeing Mildred lives in the present time, well done, blessings, Roy

Thank you so much for pointing that out, Roy, it's the first time I've not checked something out, that'll teach me! I've just changed that sentence now. Thank you for this lovely review, my friend, and an extra big hug coming over. :)) Sandra xxx

    New sentence reads:
?Of course, I will. Go on, be off with you. The sun is out now, so enjoy it while it lasts. If there?s one thing you can rely on to be unreliable, it?s our English weather.? She smiled and turned her cheek as Tommy bent over to kiss her again.

This is a good chapter. I can feel Charles's evil. I don't think I would have been brave enough to face him like Amelia did. The letter floating in the air hopefully pushed Charles to turn himself in, but I doubt it. Wow a cliff hanger. I love a cliff hanger. Now I have to read the next chapter. Wonder what happened. Did Charles turn himself in? This flows well, and is an easy read to follow. Well done.

Thank you for this lovely review, Sandra, I really appreciate it. Charles has to watch out now he has four women after him, two he can't even see. And one of those he knows nothing about. I'm glad you are enjoying the story, my friend. Veronica will be trying to find out what has upset Mildred before she does anything else. Big hugs. my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Great new book cover and title, Sandra. It was delightful to read about Amelia's confrontation with Charles. Especially when Veronica took the crumpled letter from his pocket and returned it to Amelia. That was a priceless touch. It was so interesting when Tommy showed up seeking permission to walk with Mildred. I can't wait to see what has happened during the walk. I am guessing that he has asked her to marry. Perhaps this will be something the Powers can grant. Very well done, hugs and smiles.

Thank you, Alie, for another lovely review. Veronica must find out what happened on that walk, and Amelia wants to do more to help Gladys. Lot's coming up. Big hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

I LOVE Amelia. A feisty lady. I hope everyone's watching out for her because there's not telling what Charles will do to her. I hope whatever has gone on between Tommy and Mildred is good. Could it be that she will opt to stay in this time with him? But maybe whatever happened isn't good.

A little smile tickled her lips is a great line!

Aww, thank you, Yvonne, I'm so pleased you like her, she is a lovely character to work with. Now she wants to help the girls to sort her nephew out, she'll enjoy that. Yes, the others will watch out for her. Thank you so very much for this wonderful review, my friend, and all the lovely stars. Big hugs. :)) Sandra xxx

Hi Sandra, that is so great that you have all three titles to your trilogy, and they are spot on. Pam and Robert are just so great. I loved this chapter where Amelia stands up for herself. But what has happened now? So very well written. Hugs. Ulla xxx

Thank you so very much for the lovely six stars, and wonderful review, my dear friend. I'm glad you liked the title; when Pam emailed me with some suggestions they had come up with and I saw, This Time It's Personal, I was over the moon because it is perfect. It is personal, if Veronica can't stop the timeline from being changed it will affect her life. So, it just had to be that title. Veronica will have to learn what has happened with Mildred. Big hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

What a wonderful idea for a book Trilogy! I think that is a great idea. Aunt Amelia did a wonderful job approaching the evil Charles with the fact she knows he murdered Gladys.
He tried to pretend it didn't bother him, but I am sure his brain is in overdrive trying to think of a way out of it.
Veronica has a situation with Mildred and Tommy maybe falling in love. The only way that would work out would be in real time when they are old. Well done Sandra. xxx Nancy:)

Thank you so much for this lovely review and all the shiny stars, Nancy. We have to find out what happened on the walk with Mildred, and Amelia wants to do more to help Gladys, and they all want to do something to Charles. So, lots coming up. Big hugs, my friend. :) Sandra xxx

The description of that look sent chills up my back. What a nasty threat, too. That "not alone" comment hit the mark.

I'd have settled for a scotch on the rocks, rather than tea. Ah, Tommy has come now. He has quite an affection for Mildred now.

A good two part chapter.

Thank you so much for reading this part, Tom, that was so nice of you. Yes, Tommy would like nothing more than to wed Mildred, but she is a time traveller and not of his time. Big problem. :)) Sandra xx

I like the book cover and the title. You've done a wonderful job writing this post, well all of the books. Thank you for sharing them with us. You also left a great hook.

but the only indication he gave that it might be bothering him, was a spasmodic twitch to his eyebrow. (great description)

Thank you so much, Barbara. Your lovely review put a smile on my face. I'm glad you like that description, I think I'm getting better, at least a little bit at my descriptions. It's reading other books, like yours, that help. I learn a lot that way.
Thank you so much for the lovely 6 stars, my friend. I really appreciate them and the review. Big hugs, Sandra xxx

I think the Aunt did very well, matching that old a** blow for blow. I just hope he doesn't try anything. With Mildred entering the house that way, I'm afraid he did. The chapter is very well-written, interesting, suspenseful, well worth the wait.

Hi Sandra,

Another excellent chapter here, with the growing relationship between Mildred and Tommy and Amelia reconnecting with Gladys.

My dear Aunt. I have been so worried these last few years for your sanity. - personally I think I'd have a comma here after Aunt rather than the full stop.

What I can promise you, if you try making this public, not only will you be the laughing stock of London, no one would ever believe you.- I fell there may be an 'is' missing from in here. - what I can promise you is, perhaps?

My dear Aunt. / fastened tight, my dear aunt,- I'm sure which, but the presentation of aunt should be the same in both these instances.

Thank you as always, Gareth, for pointing out the nits for me. You see what my eyes are blind to. I'm really pleased you liked this part, and yes, Tommy and Mildred, but how can that happen? Thank you, my friend, for this helpful and encouraging review. I do appreciate you. :)) Sandra xx
