This pizza looks good, gluten-free and all. A fun piece of writing. Corn on a pizza? Never done that. Enjoyed this one. Well done!

Yeah well I learned the hard way to cut back on topping. This is very early Gluten Free Days. I plan on posting about another adventure in Gluten Free but I forgot to take a photo. Thanks for coming along maybe you might tip me over the All Time Best line!

A very well-written ramble about the pizza making process. When we make it self at home it is much more delicious than the ones we bought at the pizza parlour.

This is a very interesting write about how to make a gluten free pizza. Looking at your pictures makes me hungry for a piece now, but it's too late tonight. Thank you for sharing this with us. Blessings, Teri

Thanks Sis, these were a while ago back before I knew to not overdo the topping. Have had some good suggestions and there are other topping options I need to work on. Thanks for coming by, Lord Bless.

Sankey,

OMS, my friend. That pizza is amazing. haha! It looks two inches thick! hahaha~! I don't see how you could ever get all of those toppings on one pizza, but it sure looks like you did. This was fun. Thanks so much!

We have a good gluten free pizza recipe we found. It's not the same as a normal pizza but if you can find a decent recipe it's not so bad. You did a great job and I have a gluten free cookie recipe if you want it. The cookies are amazing, you wouldn't even know they were gluten free.

As I'm not suffering from anything concerning gluten, I'm not bothered about it at the moment, but there seems to be an acceleration in this affliction, as, it seems a lot of areas of allergies. I've noticed your name is absent from my poetry, I thought you would Christian poetic posts, perhaps not, but welll done with this, good job, blessings, Roy

I'll get there eventually mate. Are you not writing any stories or prose? Do you read fellow Adelaidean Tim Fawcus's stuff he runs a B and B on the Fleurieu Peninsula I asked him if he knew you on here. I did dob you in as a fellow "Bible basher" which I don't think Tim is.

It's Tony Fawcus Geoff, and yes, he lives on the Fleureu near a friend of mine, he's said we should catch up, next time I'm down there. Blessings Roy

I love pizza. Sometimes I get the refrigerated pizza dough. It sounds like a good idea to bake for a few minutes before adding on all the goodies. By moderate oven, what do you mean? The default on our oven is 350 degrees, so that would probably work. You're welcome to add on all the toppings you like, but I think I'd do without the corn and pineapple! Easy to follow directions, and it sounds yummy. judi

Well I find it better to use LESS topping especially as a result after baking. Too much topping lakes it sloppy eating. I could do one without the Pineapple and Corn maybe just use that as an alternate. Thanks for the lovely review.

Thanks friend. As I have posted elsewhere these pizza's were early days and I have improved on the toppings now. I am also Type 2 diabetic and as some have pointed out I can't imbibe these pizza's too often. Appreciate the lovely review and blessings. Christ is Risen! AMEN! We sang a good oold htmn for our Ressurre3ction Sunday yesterday "I serve a risen Saviour He's in the world today."

This sounds tasty and if the pictures are any indication, Geoff, it most likely tastes good as well. You may not believe this but I am on a salt-restricted diet so te bacon and ham would definitely be out though. hamburger would work just as well, I guess. Thanks for sharing, Mate. Bob

Thank Bob most of you Americans don't have Gall Bladders anymore due to the propensity in a lot of cases of consuming far too much FRIED Chicken, particularly. My sister got paranoid about salt intake. I got tested and it was found my salt intake is quite low. These pizza's in the picture were my first attempt and way too much topping. I have it down to a fine art now and this last pizza I cooked was almost perrrfect. Of course also being type 2 Diabetic I won't be eating these often. Coeliac is hard as Sasha opined, involves lots of reading Ingredients on packs of new things you are not familiar with. Thanks for the lovely review. Now for your next Detective story. I guess the Epilogue will fill in some things I thought we were left hanging on, like the Senator and Deccles etc. And Cleve's lovely patient lady friend.

Thank you for following through on sharing your pizza recipe. I am glad you were encouraged by Sasha and myself to create this ramble. I especially appreciated your recommendation to bake the crust before adding the toppings and adding time to the package's cooking instructions. I look forward to having a better result with my next pizza thanks to you. Cheers- Joan

Glad you liked the post. Thought it was better to do it as a ramble instead of sharing privately then running it again. Some question the goodness of the ingredients and I did think I should have mentioned the Diabetic restrictions as well. Seeing I am Coeliac AND Type 2 Diabetic.

In your next ramble, you can mention your Type 2 Diabetes, and how you deal with it. Here's to continuing to fight the good fight! -Joan
