There definitely something fishy here, all three siblings together, all smiling and not a raised voice in sight!? I know all to well what it is like (I have two brothers :)) but the photo says it all and love the fish sculpture and it looks like Rebecca (I think!) has been swallowed whole, Jonah Whale style, by the iron-ridged opaque-bellied piscine! Great whitney that I can relate to in more ways than one!

They all argue from time to time. My grandkids got into yesterday over fifty cents. I handed the short changed one the money and said, "enough!" Fifty cents later, peace at last. This was probably not the best thing to do, but I was tired.
All my best,
Sal xo

I'm chuckling as I read you adorable poem, and I gotta tell ya, you put me right in the middle of their lovable squabbles, Debra. You are blessed with a wonderful family, my friend. Have I ever told you how much I admire you and yours? I do, you know, even though I don't get around much... (I stop by to visit your FB page once in a while too. There just aren't enough hours in a day to keep up!)

What a wonderful photo and poem, Debra. Love the sculpture. Your kids are adorable (as you say, except when they're not). It sounds as if you have a nice tight family unit. Blessings to all and a happy Easter. Marilyn

Hahahahah. Eventually, they'll get along on an ongoing basis. I wonder if it would be worse if they got along great because they were always in kahoots against you and Sean!! (I'm always thinking, Debra...always thinking!)
Another delightful addition to your ever-burgeoning poetry trove. This one is a keeper. xo

Debra,
This is an especially cute poem, and I can sooooo relate. I have a framed picture of my three that says 'Best Friends' -- well... I can dream, can't I? hahaha Thanks so much!

This was a good read, Debra. They look too sweet and kind to argue. I'm digging the pink shoes. My wife used to have a pair like that. Nice job and I'm sure they'll always be friends. Good job.

Hi Chas :)
They are sweet and kind, thanks! They are also competitive and rowdy!
Becca loves her pink trainers - she loves anything pink or sparkly :)

How do you manage to rhyme with such ease? I find it most difficult. When I use rhyme, it sounds forced.
And as usual, you end on a funny note. Cool.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Maria :)
Erm, I often think in rhyme without meaning to!
I also often speak in rhyme to the little boy I work with too because it makes him laugh, which makes me laugh - it's good to laugh!
Thanks for your lovely feedback as always. Love Debra :)

I love laughing, but that doesn't help me to think in rhyme ;)

Lol! I?m just wired differently! X

This made me laugh.
It resonated on many levels. I have three children and there were days when separating them was the only way to make it through the day.
This showed the way children don't hold grudges and just forgive and move forward. A good trait, I think.
