This 5-7-5, Baffled by Science, has the correct framing and leaves most wondering how it all works and why anything orbits around anything else. They're so small.

Science can make idiots of us all. Such tiny things; such huge distances; such vast space etc. Thanks, Bill, for your review.

Dear Mystery Writer, (--wink--)
This is AWESOME! I only wish I had written it myself. Except that I don't think I would know all these words all by myself. hahahaha! This is so fun and cool. I wish you lots of luck in the voting! Go get 'em!

This is a cute entry for the 5-7-5 contest. I like how all of the words rhyme and carry a fun meaning. Well done and good luck in the contest.

Luckily, science helped me out by calling them protons, neutrons and electrons! then made morons out of us.
Thanks for your review.

Yep, they sure do, Anonymous Poet.
During every single second of every single minute of every waking hour of every single day of each long month, during every single year.
In other words, 24/7, all the time.
Good 5-7-5.
It would be hilarious if it weren't so true!
Good luck to you in the contest.

I got a kick out of this poem -- describes me, I guess. I believe science, but I'm bewildered by, and totally uneducated in, the subject. The picture is so appropriate. Well done.

Science can be overwhelming and make us feel like idiots.
I'm glad you got a kick out of the poem.

Great alliteration here in your five seven five, and the sentiments are true because all this is way above most heads, not sure they are morons, but the word rhymes, love Dolly x

Not just moron's heads. I'll bet most physicists can't conjugate verbs the way a writer can. Some look deep, some look big.
We all see something different.
Peace, Lee

I really liked this read. It made me chuckle at the end. The word moron is funny enough but in the context of this poem, it's hilarious. Good luck in the contest.
