I am trying to go through all the messages I missed while I was stuck in my dark cave. I have depleted my box of pumps and funny money and desperately need to not delete any message without reading and responding first. This is a marvelous and beautifully written poem. I don't think it is an acrostic but possibly an ABC poem, but what do I know. I've never been able to write a poem since I joined FS. You still earned 5 stars for the effort.

Hello my friend Lindy Louie! I had a terrible time re writing this. The first attempt was dreadful and someone gave me 2 stars and I realized how choppy it was. All done now. Just written another one called Ancestor Spirit Lights. Love, Kace.

Great topic here, but it is a little cliche. Also, you rhyme "love" with "love" several times. You also rhyme "die" with itself once. I know it is easy to do that, but challenge yourself to come up with more creative words to communicate your message. I know you could do it! It just takes a little extra time to think about it.

It was a bit difficult to pick out your poem here... it has someone gotten entered as a non-fiction prose write instead of a poem.
