At first I wasn't sure how the picture would fit or why you would have included a text image with your poem, but after I read the notes it seems that the actual poem is like a response to having seen the picture shared with you, and also the other event too.

Hi Samantha -
You have interpreted correctly - I thought of using a pic of Chad giving his farewell address, but felt that both events were so special in that short timeframe that I wrapped it all up in one poem on appreciation. I appreciate your comments. Thanks for following along.

I am juggling all of my hats this month... so far I'm almost keeping up lol The writing is there, the posting time falls behind until I can catch up on a day off. I'm just not getting many of those to work with so far this month. Thanks for the lovely response.
