You have a great memory - of course I may have learned some of this in school - the combining of the colors, - but I don't remember them.
Your poem was very good - and certainly we thank the Lord for His promise to this world.

Remarkable. I did not suspect that you had such knowledge of the color spectrum, and your ability to explain the methodology for obtaining the different colors was so clear anyone reading could not only understand, but appreciate.
The verses from Genesis reminded me of the simple beauty of the rainbow, God's promise to us against the rising waters ending all life on earth. And, sometimes as I read the news, I wonder that God let's us continue in our ways that are against all the Bible and Jesus taught.
As I live to an age I thought i would never attain, I see that all Creation comes from God and that life, as we know it, is just part of an eternal cycle that continues after what we call death, the parting of the body and the soul.

This will invite the reader to stop and notice to marvel at how balanced Mother Nature's art is. It just occurred to me we see so much human paintings of the rainbow that we forget Mother Nature painted it first. How cool.

There may be only one other promise in the Bible greater than the rainbow that God set in the heavens. And that promise to me would be the promise of eternal life when we trust in Christ.
