Springtime is a beautiful time of the year. Well thought out and clearly written. Nice flow of rhythm and rhymes. Good alliterations that all work together well. Great work :)

Even though we don't get snow in Southern California, except in the mountains, we are beginning to see evidence of spring with the cessation of the rain and the blooming of plants like wild poppies. Thank you for this salute to spring in mono-verse rhyme in a Diminishing Hexaverse. Cheers- Joan

I think you additional embellishments, the monorhymes and centralised display make something of this somewhat phallic form. Mind you that is appropriate for the season when a young man's fancy turns what he has been thinking about all winter.

A very well-written hexaverse about Spring that finally arrived and there is no chance for winter to sneak in once again, I hope. It happens here sometimes that winter still sneaks in a last blow when we all thought Spring has won the battle.

The flooding is near peak now on the Mississippi, but not a record.
