Thanks for your wonderful review, Jan. I think I got lucky with that photo, it was such a perfect 'capture' of the mood evoked by being there. I was on deck by myself and it was as if I had a personal message from that figure in the wake. The pattern changed soon after and no-one else saw the figure.
