I like this because it's just so true that we make our own sunshine. I wrote a poem one time that said something about bringing our own sunshine to every picnic... or something along those lines, I think. This is cool! Thanks!

So that is what I need to do when I'm feeling blue...huff and buff and blow the clouds away!
It really does make sense though - A lot of what we feel is about mindset. It's just difficult to get out of it sometimes.
