Very true! How would we know how to act our age if we have never been it before is right! Unless of course we see others of a similar age but we are all so different, I know I wouldn't want to mimic what everyone else is doing anyways. Nice little light humor moment!

Is it your birthday?

I feel the same way about being 60. I don't feel 60. And, if I remember my Grandmother correctly, she didn't act any different between my first memories until she fell and broke her hip at 89.

So...I will just be me, too.

Thanks for your nice review. No, my birthday will be 11 weeks from today. I will be 81 and except for the pain in my body, I do not feel my age.

Amen to that! At what age do we stop acting? Actually, why do we need to act at all. Just being myself should be enough. And if it isn't, just move on. Time's too precious to waste on trying to live up to others' expectations. Can't please everyone. So, why worry about it. Well said.

Hi Patricia. Is this your birthday? Today is actually my dad's birthday, but he was born in 1910. I celebrate my parents' birthdays even though they are gone. Being a senior is great. It offers us a lot more freedom than when we were younger. We can be beautiful and productive at any age. I'm right behind you. Marilyn
