Thank you for sharing your tribute to Brooke. I met Adepearl soon after I joined FanStory in 2008 and found her to be greatly talented and caring. I always hoped that she would be able to return to the site, but at least she lives on in our Hall of Fame. Our wonderful teacher will be missed- Joan

They can all have a class up there now. There are many that have left us over the years. I also haven't been active my entire time here but there are those that make a big impact. She certainly was one of them.

I am really sorry I didn't get to know Brooke as she was obviously much loved by the FanStory community. Some people are born teachers and it seems Brooke belonged in that category.

Yes, 2019 hasn't been kind. I'm very worried about Dean because this isn't the first time he's been hospitalized.

I like the fact that you acknowledged both, Brooke and Michael. I imagine they are teaching...obviously something they loved. Teaching is a great way to give back...helping others. Too many teachers don't get the recognition they deserve. Maybe it's time to post more thankfulness to teachers?
