what I like:
Illustration you selected for your feline
the cat controls, the dog hides
'for sure' could also be 'surely'
the second line needs no capitalization and may include a long dash after 'house' - that makes the last line more satori-like

The cat is the ruler. Love the line about the dog hiding. Thank you for using my photo. Collar is eighteen pounds and runs our household. He brings us to many critters and I have to catch them and put them out because hubby is a bit of a wimp when it comes to frogs and lizards and mice. Collar is beautiful . Good subject matter to write about. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you Linda once again for your photo and for reviewing as well as the good luck wishes. Mine is about 9 lbs and 13 years old where as the dog is 10 years old and weighs in at 70 lbs. Life is interesting.

Thank you Louise for reviewing. I think it was because the cat was here when the dog came. The cat (and I am originally a cat person) weighs around 9 lbs and is 13 almost 14 years old and the dog is 10 years old and weighs in around 70 lbs. Now he does protect both the cat and I lol.

I like cats and good artwork. While the cat is the ruler I missed finding it witty. It also lacked rhymes which could have tied the piece together. Good jib on syllables.
