I absolutely love peonies and had many of them in my garden in Ohio. Many a boy came to my yard to ask if they could take some to their gal. It was something special around this time of year and into prom season. I miss those babies! I adore your poem so much! I wish you would have had some peonies picture with a butterfly to show here. Lovely dreamy setting dancing with the peonies. The butterfly nature is caught by the staccato sound of the format. I like that they act almost like elves, dancing together. Enjoyed reading it.
