I think I've misled people of the way I wrote that answer. I meant that Lyenochka is the diminutive for Elena which is the equivalent for Helen which became my name because no one could remember my given name. When you have time, you should tell us more about you, Marilyn! Hugs!

Don't feel too badly, Helen. My name being Marilyn, I've been called everything from Murial to Myrtle to whatever begins with an M. But I correct them promptly because I don't like to be called anything but Marilyn.

An interesting post on Robyn's questionnaire.
Sounds like you are a true citizen on the west coast (Hawaii and Texas, included)
I think many use pen names here,
even the ones that appear to be actual names.
Completing your book is a great achievement.
You never know who may be influenced, or where or even when.
Love that wonderful, peaceful photo, too.

I like this. It gives me some information about the woman behind the excellent writing that I have the pleasure of reading. I didn't know that you were born in South Korea and that you had Russian classmates. Do you speak Korean and Russian? I was heavily involved in the Martial Arts. My first instructor was Korean, so, I learned some Korean. This is very informative and very interesting. Thanks for sharing this. I feel like I know you a little bit better. Yes, Korean was my first language but I'm more fluent in English. Can speak Russian better than Korean as it was my major. I hope that you would fill out this Q&A also.
