I think we've had some weird bored mind games. I snore, grind my teeth, talk in my sleep, have conversations in my dreams that seem so real I'll wake up and think we actually had them, and I steal the covers. I'm sure my husband has felt this pain. lol

An excellent, teasing sort of poem, teasing my mind with the thoughts of a sleepless woman who entertains herself with her imagination. I'm sure there are plenty here who would identify strongly. Very nice rhymes, abundant yet never monotonous or contrived. That's not an easy thing to accomplish. I enjoyed this very much.

Very nice rhymes, abundant yet never monotonous or contrived. That's not an easy thing to accomplish. I enjoyed this very much.

This is a good write and read. There is a nice rhyme and word flow. You create a good picture for the reader. The bored wife starting to fantasize about other men or how she could seduce the neighbor, maybe a more exciting grass is greener lifestyle. You did well describing how she would do this. The words almost had me seduced, but then I got a hold of myself. Thank you for sharing. Ps. I would have give a six, but I don't have any left.
