I liked your poem. Not to mention I agree with you. It seems That's all I do is review lol. There is no pay. So I think your poem was really well written. I also think your photo was good too.

It sounds like you have become somewhat obsessed with this writing and reviewing lark just like I have! The full-time "job" pays a few cents for each review but the most gainful aspect of this "employment" is the pleasure it brings and I don't think we can put a price on that. (Though it does have a cost -- I am often exhausted from staying up too late writing.)

This is a clever entry for the contest. Best of luck to you. I am disabled and spend all day here reviewing, writing and trying to stay current. It is more work than many jobs I have had. But I feel I do get a salary, it is the joy of finally doing something that makes me feel worthy. And the people I have met enrich my life...that is all the salary I need.

This is a clever entry for the contest. Best of luck to you. I am disabled and spend all day here reviewing, writing and trying to stay current. It is more work than many jobs I have had. Ah yes. No salary. I used to make money with short stories, newspaper work, photos. Those days are long gone. So why do we go on? Because there is that love of writing and the sigh after having written.

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem, the biggest part of my day also is thrown into writing and reviewing, sometimes I need to baby sit or the power fails then I get behind and it is very hard to catch up again.

Lol! So very true! Thanks for expressing that for all of us! Between cooking and housework and exercises, it's tough to get anything else done or even try to get to do any of my other hobbies.
