Sounds interesting. Unfortunately, my husband wouldn't eat it. I have no suggestions or subtractions. I find it interesting that you are putting recipes on here. Is there any other projects you are working on besides the Cookbook? I wrote a cookbook about 20 years ago. Never have published it as of yet. It was the recipes that my Mom saved. After she died, I gathered the recipes and typed them up on the computer. I still have them ready to publsh one day. I have since added my own recipes in there that include microwave meals and Crockpot meals. They didn't have those types of recipes back when she was alive. Anyway, glad I read your stuff. Onion soup can be good in moderation. My granny used to make onion soup in the wintertime saying it helps keep you well and healthy.

You've hit it out of the park - right over center field -- with this yummy-sounding recipe, my friend.
Is there a more "heavenly" combo of foods than cheese and onions? (Maybe only if we add green olives to the mix! Ha ha)
There is nothing here for me to suggest, except a note to self to run out and get the ingredients when the grocery store opens and cook it up for lunch.
