A very well-written story about the vulnerability when we age and we cannot look after ourselves anymore. There seems no place where we fit in and everyone wants to get us out of the way.

MJ,
Nice set-up here. You've pulled the reader in already and given us the struggle these two sisters face. We have the conflict easily revealed, and it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Nice job!

This is a very well written short fiction story you have penned. You used great descriptive words that kept me in suspense all the way through. That could be really scary if that were to happen for real. Great job my friend! Blessings, Teri

I remember that Hitler was not only trying to rid the world of Jews, Slavs, but also people with disabilities too, I guess he was trying to build a race of "super people" which delusionists try to do. This is is along those lines, completely demonic and irrational. Well done Maria, what a marvellous theme for a story, good scribing. Blessings, Roy

Unfortunately, Maria, we can do nothing to be free, it is so sad, and you wrote your story extremely beautiful, and real. Let us have hope for change soon. Terry xoxo

I enjoyed reading this, Maria, and look forward to the rest of the story. Hopefully, the world won't come to that, but who knows when they're making legal the murder of babies!!!!

Hi, Maria,
This is a grisly look at the future. However, it could be so true. If we continue to have little access to medical care for the elderly and poor, who knows what our society will do with them?
Well done,

Very well done Maria, it was a great topic that you chose to write about. I can truly see this happening in the future, in fact the near future. It is a shame that families will have to deal with the stress and anguish of this. Unfortunately running to the mountain caves will not solve the problem and thus even more stress. The future used to be promising, now it is just the future. Very well done, realistic and enjoyable.
