Well I like this one in theme, title, images, rhyme and message! Sounds so like me you know :) I always thought it was silly being someone other than yourself, because isn't that a waste of who you are? Beside I am busy being myself because last time I checked everyone else was taken :) Great write with a great message, one that should be shouted from the roof tops... and at that height, it makes it so much easier to reach for the stars! I simply love this. The picture is perfect, the words all rhyme just right - no forced or awkward word choices- the cadence flows seamlessly from stanza to stanza, and the message is sweet and honest and heartening. I so hope you win, Debra, but even if you don't, this is a perfect poem.
