I enjoyed this new, poetic perspective on the rainbow. I especially liked the expression: "flowing arch backlit by dancing sunbeams." I will never look at a rainbow the same.

This is an excellent free verse poem for the contest on rainbows
with some interesting information. I prefer a rainarc.
But perhaps a rain half-bow would do,
still it's not so much the shape as the color that impresses.
