Nice poem. Fits nicely in six words and definitely matches the picture. I might recommend using a different word instead of "winter" in the last line. Snowmen and polar vortexes already associated with winter, so you could get away with using a different word to paint an even clearer picture of the enchanted snowman. Maybe something about him smiling. That would add some alliteration with "snowman". Just some thoughts.
