You are right about dieters not being honest with themselves a lot of the time. This a good 20-syllable poem. The plate in the picture, if my estimate is correct, is about a six-inch plate. You did well using the small plate and piling the food on it. It made a picture which would be more apt to produce action. I like the word prevaricate. It's got attitude. Good picture. Good job.

Sadly in America, we eat far too much food and thereby we are adding to our bodies, fat that is dangerous to our health. Since May I have lost 57 pounds on the Jenny Craig diet plan. God bless, Patricia
