Hope your tummy is better now!

Sounds like it will be an interesting story with compelling characters. I hope to be active here this month and thus able to begin the story from the beginning and stick with it, but my participation here also depends on if clients send files soon or not.


As a dog-sitter, I love that her best friends are furry four leggeds!

You have the bones of a good story here. My main question would be about McKenzie who seems really young to be a private investigator on her own. I'm assuming she took over her father's company and cases(?) I would think that her first priority would be solving her parents' double-homicide and earning enough to live on. But I understand the need to introduce Logan into the story to provide depth to the story. I'm definitely interested in seeing how you flesh out this story. I have no doubt that you will do it masterfully.

I love 'whodunnit' books and movies... Just about anything that is a mystery or thriller so I am looking forward to reading the book chapters here. The prologue is pretty interesting.

This is a nice way to start a novel, with this kind of introduction to the major characters. I appreciate it and will look for future posts. Has McKenzie solved the murder of her parents in his office?

I love the short, direct, to the point and hit the important themes with great descriptive assurance of this prologues activation.
Great St. Luis arch photo also captures the essence of the subject matter.

I'm in it for the dachshund. I've taken to enjoying murder mysteries so I'll look out for more on this one because it sounds like it could be interesting

It's nice to get in on the beginning of this story. The prologue gives just enough information to peak my interest. I look forward to the first chapter.
