"natures" should be "nature's". So true that man's ignorance is going to cause world devastation. However, man will not learn until it is way too late to prevent the certain future that lies ahead.

This is so true! And the artwork is amazing! You say it all in three lines. The line that speaks to me the most is, "surpasses man's ignorance," You're right! It is hard to believe that there are still "climate deniers" among us. Even on Fan Story, let alone, the rest of our country. If you have changed one person's opinion on Climate Change, then you have accomplished something worth being proud of. Thank you for speaking the truth, and sharing it for all to see.
Take care, Jesse

Love the thoughts and acknowledgment of today's issues. We need more of this creative output to fuel the awareness that will impact tomorrow. Much respect. Keep up the quality writing.

Excellent write. Man is often foolish in his assumptions and one is that the world is infinite. The warning signs are with us. Read about ancient empires that were once mighty and now they are gone. Global warming, air pollution - the possibility of nuclear obliteration. Hopefully we who pae.y attention will be able to die with grace.

This sounds like a prophetic utterance. The devastation is seen not only in nature disasters but in the invisible world. That of Spirit; and the battle is not "of flesh and blood" Great insight penned in just a few words.

How true! We can only ignore the warning signs for so long. Then we pay the consequences. And man is the one who will suffer the most. Well said. Thanks for the reminder.

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem about the world devastation that will come one or other time. Unfortunately, it is not in human power to completely stop or prevent it from happening.

This 5-7-5 is well written, However, I am not so sure that man will ever devastate this earth as is the claim of many.
Blessings for a good weekend.

Hi Kahpot, I really don't think you could have said it any better than that without making it a double, triple or quadruple stanza poem! Very well said indeed!
